  1. Who is here after the 5950x launch

    RIP Intel btw guys=)))
    Here we are 2020.5950X

Head of Intel: "Some software runs faster on an Intel because some greedy people were offered cash to write their software with the Intel compiler, the one that secretly detects who's processor it is first before deciding if top speed is needed. The benefit is that people can put food on the table.

I thought it was illegal to avoid tax and bride people to only use your products. So, pay tax, be honest about how much tax we've actually paid, don't bribe anyone and stop slapping a new number on the same processors every time a tiny competitor launches a new processor. Got it. Thanks for the advice. Why oh why didn't anyone tell me this years ago?

There has been a tiny whisper that someone was waving big college-student checks near the Dell, Hewlett Packard, Acer, Lenovo dinner tables if they correctly predicted which trucks will be delivering the wrong processors to their factories.

Incidentally, the people around Germany got to see college students Media Markt (Europe's biggest computer seller) take part in the daytime television game show "Guess the Truck".

A strong slow aroma drifted over the fence from a neighbour's barbeque that if Intel eliminated their competition then only the LATEST Intel SSD would work with the newest processors but it was just smokey sausages.

Luckily, security cameras caught the university professors Userbenchmark and PassMark putting their greedy hands into the padlocked Intel cookie jar again. I don't feel safe at all any more. But, don't worry, the police will be onto them reeeal quick.

This is a private message for our fanboys ONLY: maybe, just maybe, there's a teeny tiny bit of truth to the idea that someone else might make faster processors?

Ouch! Get off my leg. You're not my pet. How do you get rid of this thing?

I also have a famous mega family but right now I think I need to visit some of my rich uncles, uncle Googie and uncle Amazy, to pass on some of these new tips so that they don't get into trouble with the law.

And by the way uncle Amazy is the one who sells all our processors out of his garage, along with several fridge magnets. At least, that's what he told me.

He says that the garage is where he keeps his 1535 cars but as none of them have worked for the last 14 years he's been getting rides from auntie Ubee's cars. I really think it's time she starts paying tax too.

Oh and you can keep your money too. We don't need any more of it, thank you very much."

    Will AMD RYZEN 9 3900X(or AMD RYZEN 9 3950X)+2× AMD RX 5700XT beat INTEL I9 10900K+RTX 3080?

  11. GTRdeamon says:

So 3950X whas a push in the face to Intel. So will 5950X be the nail in the coffin for Intel. I mean 3950X whas faster than Intel else so mighty 10980XE with 18 cores in many workloads, now 5950X also have the chance to beat Intel in gaming and the fastest single core performance as well. 5950X can end up being the cpu that have it all in one package. Fastest in workstation use, if we say threadripper dosent count, fastest in games, fastest single and multi core performance, cheaper than 10980XE witl lower power consumption as well. So litterly the best desktop cpu no matter what you use it for what ever it's gaming or workstation.

  12. Linus:I couldn’t wait for a quad core cpu in 2006

  17. I've noticed something, the tdp for the 9900k is the same as the 7700k but the real world heat output and power consumption are much higher the 9900k than the 7700k.isn't this false advertising

  18. still not get what intel is LOL when amd has been there decades

  19. Meliodax says:

when i look at game comparisons the intels seem to win tho? In fps and ms at least kinda confused

  20. I literally just bought one of these off ebay.

  21. Hari Regmi says:

Intel is no more likeable… considering what AMD has brought up in this day …!!!…Intel must be wondering "How do we compete now…???"…!!!…

  25. mikipleyer2 says:

we all know intel is king for single cores stuff and AMD is best for multicore and multitasking and all, literaly ALL the other stuff on your PC

    Hi man,
i want to ask you something.
Now i have an old ryzen 7 1700 base clock 3.73 and i have overclock it to 4.5 ghz with the stock cooler but…nobody say that it is possible…but…i have done it!
Because Lisa su said "if you have a good power supply yr overclock are better with ryzen first gen!
Then i have bought termaltake thoughpower 1350xt and the temps are very good but i have a opened case that looks like an bench test made by antec.
Now i want to updgrade my old cpu and i have bought a new cooler from noctua and L12S to apply to the same motherboard AB350M PRO4 with a new 3900XT cpu or 3950X
