We will gladly offer an exchange if one is available or a full refund. A return label will be provided for any device with faults. If the fault you are claiming can't be found, a refund will be issued less the cost of the return label. If you simply change your mind, we will accept the return as well. You will be responsible for return shipping. After we receive the device back, we will issue a full refund.
